Here are some questions/answers that we are frequently asked. If you have additional questions that are not covered here, please feel free to give us a call.
1. What are the Hospital hours?
Our hospital is basically opened when your family veterinarian is unavailable. Typically, these hours are from 6PM to 8AM Monday-Friday and 24-hours on Weekends and Major Holidays.
2. Do I need to have an appointment?
No appointments are taken at the FRVEC. Cases are seen on a modified "first come first served" policy where all thing equal you will be seen in the order you arrive; however, patients deemed more critical by our trained staff will take priority.
3. What form of payment do you accept?
Cash, Care Credit, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
4. Can I make payments?
Payment is required at the time of service. The FRVEC does not offer any billing or delayed payment options directly from the clinic. However, we are serviced by an outside financial lending provider to which you can apply and if approved can assist with the cost of your Veterinary care. 5. Do you board pets?
No, we do not offer boarding services.
